Infrared burner technology made of ceramic or porcelain Ceramic combined with liquefied gas creates a great heat. This heat is mostly used by infrared gas stoves to heat the burner to generate infrared radiation at high intensity, to increase the maximum cooking efficiency for the stove.

The burner surface is usually designed or flat with thousands of tiny holes on it to spread the heat more widely, and treated with anti-corrosion enamel.

High-strength enameled steel pipes and bring back high aesthetics for the stoves.

Advantages of infrared gas stove for consumers

  • Monolithic large cast-iron infrared burner with 4,000 – 4,200 tiny holes burns 100% of the gas consumed, so the fire can cover the entire bottom of the pot evenly, reducing cooking time by 22% and can reduce up to 40% of gas consumption. Red flames and monolithic cast iron burners, when heated to reddish, will emit high-intensity infrared rays.
  • The connected part between stove and gas container is not rusty, very firm, not be deformed when bumped hard and not be corroded
  • The stove is hot due to the heat emitted from the infrared burner, not from the flame-like in traditional gas stoves. So it ensures safety for user health and minimizes fire.
  • Gas burning takes place completely on the surface of the burner, there is no “real” flame appearing during cooking and heating the pan so it does not darken the bottom of the cookware.
  • The infrared gas stove is not abruptly shut down due to wind blowing or food or liquid falling during cooking.
  • Infrared smoke-free gas stove appears during use, giving a fresher cooking space
